Crombie Country Park Poppy Run organised by Dundee Sweatshop staff and volunteers
I had the pleasure of being involved in the areas first Poppy Run. It was a great day and a very emotional and heart warming event. I took some photos and videos at it along with other people at the event then put it into a video to raise awareness for the charities and for the runners to have something to look back upon.
The Poppy Run Dundee was part of national series of 5k fun runs, This first one to take place in this area and was at Crombie Country Park on the 26th of October 2014. The aim of the event is to raise funds and awareness for the Royal British Legion and Poppy Scotland Poppy Appeal.
